OPD's Advanced Questioning Techniques will receive the 2009 award for Professional Excellence in Programs (Small Organization) from the Association of Continuing Legal Education, an international organization for CLE professionals. The award is the top honour for programming and will be presented at the annual conference in New York on July 27. The award recognizes excellence on a number of criteria including innovation, experiential learning and participant engagement and feedback. Professor Jim Seckinger of Notre Dame University Law School was the lead instructor and developed the techniques used in the program.
