The Law of the Crown [GSLaw 6159] [6 credits]
This course provides a full theoretical foundation for the concept of “Crown” and covers all related areas including powers, limits of powers, crown liability in tort and contract, the Crown as fiduciary, class actions, public interest litigation, the royal prerogative, and crown conventions.
