The education system continues to evolve and more demands are being placed on you, as an Education Professional. It is increasingly important that you stay on top of the latest legal issues, ensure you understand the law that guides your actions and have a good understanding of risk management and best practices strategies.

The Osgoode Certificate in Education Law will take your education law knowledge to the next level. The curriculum of the Certificate was designed to ensure key areas to an overall comprehensive understanding in education law are mandatory requirements, with the opportunity to supplement with other programs of interest.

The modular design allows for customization of your learning to suit your professional needs and interests.

Due to administrative changes in the Certificate in Education Law, all required and elective courses must be completed by August 31, 2024.

Each program module includes an emphasis on skills‑based learning, with in‑class lectures being supplemented by case studies and peer interaction, group work, designated Q&A sessions, role plays, simulations and much more.

Complete 5 days of programming to earn the Osgoode Certificate in Education Law.

Delegates who have declared their intention to complete the Certificate will be given priority placement in subsequent modules.

All 3 required and 1 elective courses must be completed by August 31, 2024 for Certificate to be received.
