Are you an alumni of Osgoode’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop (ITAW)? Take your skills to the next level, and earn the Osgoode Certificate in Oral Advocacy.

As you gain years in practice, you take on more complex cases and litigate alongside and against more experienced counsel. Advance your oral advocacy skills with OsgoodePD’s intensive learn-by-doing programs which are designed for lawyers who wish to refine their skills.

In this age of remote litigation, you also need to develop an additional set of skills that will enable you to successfully advocate for your client in a remote environment. Our online, advanced programs not only will strengthen your foundational litigation skills, but also will help you master the skills required in virtual proceedings.
