Barrister and Solicitor
OsgoodePD’s oral advocacy programs will help you take your litigation skills to a new level with advanced, hands-on, skills programs.
Are you a graduate of the Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop (ITAW)? Take your learning to the next level, and earn an Osgoode Certificate in Oral Advocacy.
As you gain years in practice, you take on more complex cases and litigate alongside and against more experienced counsel. Rise up to the challenge and advance your oral advocacy skills with Osgoode PD’s intensive learn-by-doing programs which are designed for lawyers who wish to refine their skills and be able to advocate at a high level.
In this age of remote litigation, you also need to develop an additional set of skills that will enable you to successfully advocate for your client in a remote environment. Our online, advanced programs not only will strengthen your foundational litigation skills, but also will help you master the skills required in virtual proceedings.
Not an ITAW graduate but still interested in honing your oral advocacy skills at an advanced level? You can still register for individual modules of Advanced Questioning Techniques programs. See below.
