From the developers of the Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop (ITAW), OsgoodePD’s oral advocacy programs will help you take your litigation skills to a new level with advanced, hands-on, skills programs.
As you gain years in practice, you take on more complex cases and litigate alongside and against more experienced counsel. Rise up to the challenge and advance your oral advocacy skills with Osgoode PD’s intensive learn-by-doing programs which are designed for lawyers who wish to refine their skills and be able to advocate at a high level.
In this age of remote litigation, you also need to develop an additional set of skills that will enable you to successfully advocate for your client in a remote environment. Our online, advanced programs not only will strengthen your foundational litigation skills, but also will help you master the skills required in virtual proceedings.
NOTE
Are you an ITAW graduate? Complete all four of our Advanced Questioning Techniques programs and your choice of a critical thinking/communications program, and earn the Certificate in Oral Advocacy.
