From the developers of the Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop (ITAW) – refine cross examination skills to increase your confidence and competitive edge.

Cross-examination can make or break your case. Regardless of your years of experience, cross-examination often presents unpredictability in litigation, and learning effective strategies to prepare for the challenges that come with cross-examination is crucial to your success as a litigator.

Performing a cross-examination in the virtual courtroom adds an additional layer of complexity to this skill. In this learn-by-doing advanced skills workshop, you will get individualized feedback from the foremost Canadian instructors in advocacy skills training, and help you take your cross-examination skills to the next level both in person and online.
