Do you have the practical skills to take advantage of the benefits of arbitration?
Arbitration stands apart from traditional litigation. Among other things, arbitration offers case management and procedural flexibility that is customized to the dispute, cost-effectiveness and the benefits of a speedier resolution. However, to achieve these advantages you must embrace a change in mindset and practice.
If you think arbitration is just “litigation, but private,” this program will quickly disabuse you of that notion. You will receive the operating manual for how to make commercial arbitration work, with the practical tools and useful practice resources you need to succeed in domestic or international cases.
Arbitration rewards those who understand its mechanics and exposes those who don’t. Learn how to think with an “arbitration mindset”, how to shape the process instead of merely reacting to it, how to anticipate procedural risk and how to use arbitration’s flexibility without losing control of the case.
Can’t Make the Date? Registration includes 120-day unlimited, online access to the recorded program.
