Human-Centric HR Law: Balancing Compliance with Compassion

The HRPA Annual HR Law Conference is now in its 32nd year!

Join us in person or virtually on May 29 for an invigorating gathering of HR professionals and business leaders seeking to stay on top of changes to the HR law landscape. HR generalists, specialists, managers and directors will benefit from this conference’s focus on evolving legislative requirements and considerations in the workplace.

In addition to the prominent “Ask an Expert” session, this year’s program is designed to address the challenges and trends of HR law, including updates surrounding constructive dismissals, strategies for mitigating bad-faith damages, the intricacies of human rights in the workplace, and the increasingly pivotal role of artificial intelligence and technology. Integrating these topics will provide HR professionals confidence and accuracy in all aspects of the decision-making process, also ensuring they have the right tools to support the multifaceted challenges of their roles effectively.
