You will get the tools you need to draft clear, accurate and complete search warrant applications and avoid the often-dire consequences of deficient drafting.

You can make or break your case depending on how you have drafted your Search Warrant.

In this one day comprehensive program led by an expert and experienced faculty, you will get the knowledge and skills you need to draft a wide variety of search warrants with clarity and certainty, to review and revise warrants, and to identify and develop strategies for defending or attacking them.
