Part-Time Professional LLM Specializations
The part-time Professional LLM is a two-year graduate degree designed for working professionals who want to deepen their expertise without putting their careers on hold. This is an advanced, practice-oriented program, not a foundational or introductory degree. While most students have a legal background, non-legal professionals are also eligible if their work involves significant engagement with legal issues. They come to the program seeking a deeper understanding of those challenges through an academic lens. The Graduate Diploma in Foundations of Canadian Law is an 18-month, part-time program that offers a broad, graduate-level introduction to Canadian law, designed to complement and strengthen any career.
