What is your refund policy?
A full refund is available if a cancellation request is received in writing within the approved timeline. Please refer to the program page for the applicable cancellation policy. Administrative charges may apply and are subject to applicable tax(es).
If part of a group rate, the amount of the refund will be prorated based on the per person discount applicable to the size of the group and may affect the group pricing – please email OsgoodePD@osgoode.yorku.ca with any questions.
No refund is available after the course begins.
On Demand program purchases are non-refundable.
Important Note: For anyone making payments through Convera (formerly Western Union GlobalPay) and CIBC, please be advised that all transactions to and from sanctioned and restricted jurisdictions have been suspended until further notice.
