Is your arbitration process working – or just expensive?

New for Canada’s construction arbitration community: an innovative national program for experienced dispute professionals focused on balancing fairness and efficiency through the full arbitration lifecycle–from front-end design and early case management through evidence planning, hearing strategy, and cost outcomes. Includes an optional workshop for those who want tribunal-facing practice and feedback.

In complex, multi-party and expert-driven disputes, outcomes often turn on a handful of early choices: how the process is structured, how issues are narrowed, and how the record is built for decision-making. The first day focuses on tribunal-informed best practices and the operating moves that prevent procedural drag and credibility loss. The optional workshop day turns those concepts into structured performance practice through realistic mock hearings, guided by direct decision-maker feedback.

Can’t Make the Date? Registration includes 120-day unlimited, online access to the recorded program (please note: the October 15 workshop will be live only.)
