Your legal obligations are evolving and – more than ever – your actions are being scrutinized.
In order to make informed decisions and remain compliant, it is critical that you have a clear understanding of the legal landscape that governs you.
As an educator or advisor working within or with a private or independent school, you know that many of the laws applicable to publicly funded educational institutions don’t apply to you, and yet you face many of the same challenges, plus more.
Developed in consultation with private and independent school operators/owners/associations as well as lawyers representing private & independent schools, this comprehensive, practical day will look at the usual school law issues from this different perspective while also addressing those issues unique to you.
You will learn from acknowledged experts and refine your skills, including how to develop best practices to guide your actions.
