Insurance disputes raise distinctive challenges and can lead to very significant awards and settlements.

This program offers a rare opportunity to civil litigators, insurance counsel, in-house counsel, corporate advisors and paralegals who are already involved in these disputes, or who wish to explore the practice opportunities they present.

An experienced faculty, representing both plaintiff’s and defendant’s/insurer’s perspectives, will guide you through the key issues and challenges in this area.
