You need to understand the idiosyncrasies and common errors to provide sound advice and navigate this process.
In this session, experienced practitioners will take you through the key legal and practical considerations involved in passing of accounts, compensation and fiduciary accounting. You will learn the latest case law updates, and will benefit from hands-on exercises where you will review sample estate accounts.
