As you respond to a growing number of Special Education students and their unique needs, make sure you have a solid understanding of the obligations you face.
Developed out of our annual Special Education Law program, this advanced session will take you beyond the law, to focus on the complex situations educators face day-to-day. With the guidance of our expert faculty, you will develop a toolkit of best practices to help you address these challenging situations while protecting obligations to both students and staff.
This is an elective course for the Certificate in Education Law. Due to administrative changes, all required and elective courses for the Certificate must be completed by August 31, 2024.
