Artificial intelligence is changing how we do business, from contract negotiation and drafting to compliance and risk management. This new, two-day program from OsgoodePD equips legal and business professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to navigate AI-related challenges and opportunities. Through expert-led sessions and interactive demos, participants will get a thorough understanding of the impact of AI for business law in the areas of regulation, privacy and cybersecurity, governance, research, contracting drafting, due diligence, and knowledge management, and receive practical tools to efficiently and effectively improve their day-to-day practice.

PLUS! You will receive licenses to some of the most popular AI tools in business law to use during the program with hands-on training from the experts to understand how to use the tools successfully. By the end of the program, you will be prepared to integrate AI into your legal and operational workflows responsibly and effectively.
