Now in its 10th year, this intensive, hands-on certificate program will give you the knowledge and practical skills you need for effective POA advocacy.

Led by The Hon. Justice Rick Libman, our expert faculty of judges, justices of the peace and senior practitioners will take you through the key stages of a POA file from start to finish.  These include meeting your client for the first time, reviewing disclosure, preparing for and conducting the trial, making submissions on sentencing, and appeals.
