International Business Transactions will use case studies to analyze international business transactions including: forming the contract, financing and payment techniques, and identifying and addressing barriers to contract fulfillment. Examples will include the study of import/export of goods and services, technology transfers, joint ventures and foreign direct investment. The course will address the challenges of trans-border electronic transactions and doing business on the internet.
