Eligible for
Stop reacting to conflict. Start managing it early.
Build a practical, proven playbook to guide you from the first signs of conflict to final resolution.
Developed in collaboration with leading construction and dispute resolution experts, this unique certificate equips professionals across the construction ecosystem with the strategies, tools and confidence needed to manage, resolve and prevent conflict. Learn how to act early, safeguard outcomes, and navigate complex project risks with clarity and control.
Construction disputes are dynamic, high-impact risks that can quickly escalate into costly delays, budget overruns, and damaged relationships. Yet most professionals are not trained to intervene at the stage where outcomes are largely determined – the first 72 hours.
This first-of-its-kind OsgoodePD certificate delivers a practical, end-to-end playbook to manage, resolve, and prevent construction conflict. Through applied learning and real-world tools, you will build the skills to intervene early, protect interests and drive better outcomes – while strengthening your ability to collaborate across disciplines and stakeholders.
Registration includes 120-day unlimited, online access to the recorded program.
