More students than ever need additional supports at school. What does that mean for you?

Get the foundation you need to deal with your day-to-day challenges in Special Education.

Today’s educational environment has become increasingly challenging with a wide diversity of student needs that educators and education professionals must respond to.

To ensure that the rights and safety of all students and staff are not compromised, it is critical for education professionals and advocates to have a comprehensive and updated understanding of Special Education law.

The OsgoodePD Fundamentals in Special Education Law was developed by legal and educational experts to provide you with a practical, up-to-date understanding of the most pertinent legal challenges in Special Education law, and give you strategies to deal with them.

This is a required course for the Certificate in Education Law. Due to administrative changes, all required and elective courses for the Certificate must be completed by August 31, 2024.
