Better decision-making starts with how you think.
Strengthen your judgment in everyday and high-stakes situations.
This highly interactive, half-day online program helps professionals step back from day-to-day pressures to examine how they think–and how to make better strategic decisions, both in the moment and over time.
In many professional roles, particularly in legal practice, decision-making is central to the work. Yet few professionals are given the opportunity to examine how they think, or to develop habits that support sound judgment across different contexts.
This highly regarded workshop focuses on how and when to think effectively, drawing on both intuitive and deliberate approaches to decision-making. You’ll learn to identify and apply core thinking skills, recognize common cognitive biases, and use practical techniques that support clearer judgment—whether you are responding quickly or working through more complex strategic issues.
Designed for professionals across disciplines, the program is delivered live online and features facilitated discussion and interactive exercises. Participants leave with a deeper understanding of their own thinking processes and practical tools they can apply immediately to improve decision-making in professional and leadership contexts.
Due to the hands-on, interactive nature of this program, no content will be recorded.
