While the pandemic has impacted the availability of Provincial Offences courts across Ontario, there have nonetheless been a multitude of developments of which all POA practitioners must be aware. Created by the developers of The Osgoode Certificate in Provincial Offences Court Practice, this new annual update will provide you with valuable insights into some of the most important and topical areas affecting your POA practice.
Led by The Hon. Justice Rick Libman, an expert faculty of prosecutors and defence practitioners will examine critical caselaw and administrative/procedural developments over the preceding 12 months.
